We are an outreach of Victory Christian Center. Birthed with a heart to reach out to nations here in the greater Tulsa area.

There are many who come from other countries to study and to work. Our desire is to help them adjust to life in the United States and to bring them to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Sometimes when we are in a different country away from our friends and family, there are opportunities which may arise that may give us the sense of being alone. Our heart is to see that you do not face loneliness and despair, but that you find acceptence and hope.
